DCF Calculator: Simple Discounted Cash Flow With a Sensitivity Table
DCF-Lite Calculator
Value a fictional company from its free cash flow. Small changes in the assumptions move the answer a lot, so the sensitivity table matters more than the single number.
Assumptions to check
Terminal value often makes up most of the result. If it's above 75%, the answer mostly depends on the terminal growth and discount rates.
Free cash flow = operating cash flow − capital spending. Use a normal year, not a one-off.
Terminal growth above long-run economic growth (about 2–3%) is hard to defend.
Stock-based compensation and dilution lower real per-share value.
