Option Greeks Explained: Interactive Delta, Theta & Vega Sliders

Option Greeks Explainer

Drag the sliders to see how an option's price and Greeks react. Numbers come from the Black-Scholes model with made-up inputs, so treat them as illustrations, not real quotes. It doesn't pick stocks, strikes, or dates, and results ignore taxes, slippage, and other real-world costs unless you enter them. Practice on a paper account first.

What each Greek means

  • Delta: about how much the option price moves for a $1 move in the stock.
  • Gamma: how fast delta changes as the stock moves.
  • Theta: about how much value the option loses per day from time passing.
  • Vega: about how much the price changes for a 1-point change in implied volatility.
